Scope of Services

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed on the website under "Services & Pricing." Custom quotes will be provided for unique project requirements. A minimum 50% deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due upon project completion or as per the agreed milestones. Payment can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other agreed payment methods. All invoices must be settled within 7 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed.

Project Delivery

Delivery timelines will be specified in the agreement/contract for each project. The Freelancer is not responsible for delays caused by the Client (e.g., delayed feedback, incomplete requirements). Additional features or modifications requested after the project scope has been defined will be treated as extra work and may incur additional costs.

Revisions and Changes

Each service package includes a set number of revisions, as specified on the "Pricing" page or in the project agreement. Additional revisions will be billed at ₹999 per revision.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all deliverables (e.g., website files, APIs) become the Client’s property. The Freelancer reserves the right to use non-confidential elements of the project (e.g., code snippets, designs) in their portfolio or for marketing purposes unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.

Maintenance and Support

Maintenance services (e.g., updates, bug fixes) are not included unless specified in the agreement. Support can be availed as part of a monthly maintenance plan or on a per-issue basis at ₹599/hour.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep sensitive information confidential during and after the completion of the project. The Freelancer may require certain access credentials (e.g., server logins) for the duration of the project, which will be handled securely.

Refunds

Refunds not allowed for our services.

Liability

The Freelancer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the delivered services. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure regular backups and security measures for their website or backend systems.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved amicably through discussion. If unresolved, the dispute will be referred to arbitration in Hyderabad, India, under Indian law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
